|
Maddie was an eight-time
IHSA gymnastics champion -- winning four events two times each. Diab
captured the All-Around championships in 2018 and 2019; won the Vault state
title in 2016 and 2019; attained the Balance Beam state championship in 2016
and 2019; and secured a first place finish at on the state meet's Parallel
Bars competition in 2017 and 2019. Maddie also placed second in the
Vault and third in the All-Around in 2017; and second in the floor exercise
in 2018. At Iowa State University, Diab was a two-time All-Big 12
performer in the floor exercise in 2022 and 2023; and became only the second
Cyclone ever to post a perfect score of 10.0 in the floor exercise. |
